About Me

Hello everyone! My name is Daniela Barry and I will be your NFP instructor. I am a registered nurse, currently working a job that I love on a Labor and Delivery floor! I received my Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree from Olivet Nazarene University in 2018. I am originally from Iowa, but moved to Illinois in 2017 after marrying my amazing husband, Hunter. I enjoy doing just about anything outdoors, watching movies, attending church, and spending time with friends and family. I had my first baby in November of 2022 and she is the absolute light of my life!

All throughout nursing school, I knew that I wanted to work specifically in women’s health, but didn’t know how I could do this in a way that aligned with my Catholic faith. I learned about Marquette University’s Natural Family Planning instructors course and instantly knew that this was the path that I was meant to follow. I am very excited to be working with couples that are trying to achieve pregnancy, couples that are choosing to avoid pregnancy for the time being, or any woman that is choosing to take charge of her fertility and learn more about her cycle.
