Services

The services that I provide are for couples that are trying to achieve pregnancy, couples that are trying to avoid pregnancy, couples with infertility problems, engaged couples needing to obtain their NFP certificate before marriage, women that are wanting to learn how to track their cycles, and in person NFP presentations. Services for breastfeeding mothers and pre-menopausal women will be coming soon!

Each package will come with the services stated. You will also need to purchase the ClearBlue Fertility Monitor and a box of test strips. Please go to my “Products” tab to buy these things along with other items that recommend!

Package 1 ($125):

This package is for couples that are wanting to have a baby. We will work together to find the fertile days of your cycle and help you get pregnant. During this course, you will learn about NFP in detail, what styles you prefer, and how to use your preferred method. The initial session will be around 1 hour long with 30 minute follow up sessions at 1, 3, and 6 months. If after 6 months you have not gotten pregnant, we will discuss further options. All follow ups are free for one year after your initial session.

Package 2 ($200):

This package is for couples that are wanting to avoid pregnancy. We will work together to find the fertile days of your cycle and help you avoid conception through periodic abstinence. During this course, you will learn about NFP in detail, what styles you prefer, and how to use your preferred method. The initial session will be around 1.5 hours long with 30 minute follow up sessions at 1, 3, and 6 months. All follow ups are free for one year after your initial session.

Package 3 ($150):

This package is for couples that are wanting to conceive a baby but have been having difficulty doing so. Just like package 1, you will learn about NFP in detail, what styles you prefer, and how to use your preferred method. The initial session will be around 1.5 hours long with 30 minute follow up sessions at 1, 3, and 6 months. All follow ups are free for one year after your initial session. Your charts will give us insight into what is happening in your cycle that is relating to your infertility. We will establish our plan of care based off the data that is collected from these charts. If you do not conceive within 6 months, we will take further steps to find the problem and then reach your goal.

Package 4 ($225):

This package is for postpartum/breastfeeding mothers that are wanting to avoid pregnancy. You will learn about NFP in detail, what styles you prefer, and how to use your preferred method. The initial session will be around 1.5 hours long with 30 minute follow up sessions at 1, 3, and 6 months, depending on how long you breastfeed, when your cycle returns, etc. All follow ups are free for one year after your initial session

Package 5 ($150):

This package is for engaged couples that are needing their NFP certificate before marriage. Just like package 1, you will learn about NFP in detail, what styles you prefer, and how to use your preferred method. We will have one 30 minute introductory session. The monitor and test strips will not be a necessary purchase as this is just an introduction to Natural Family Planning.
